Peri menopause is the time of life leading up to a woman’s last period, usually around ten years. Symptoms usually begin in the 40’s and include nights sweats, mood changes, fatigue, joint pain, insomnia, weight gain, skin changes and many more. This can be an incredibly turbulent time in a woman’s life as not only do they experience the physical symptoms but psychological changes also occur such as depression, anxiety and mid life crisis moments.
