Menopause Wellbeing sessions

Between the ages 40 - 60 women will experience perimenopause symptoms. I have taken extra training in this area and can guide women through this phase of life with recommendations on diet and lifestyle, supplements, exercise, stress relief, sleep, emotional and mental health and mindset awareness. Many women report feeling liberated at this time of life. It can be challenging but also empowering if you do the work. Im here to be a positive voice for women as they navigate this bumpy road. There’s no need to suffer in silence, there are many ways to help and become the strongest version of yourself yet.
