Buckwheat Buttermilk Pancakes
Light fluffy gluten free pancakes, perfect for Sunday morning:
Combine:
50 g melted butter, 1/2 cup buckwheat flour, 1/2 cup gluten free flour, 1 egg, 1 cup buttermilk, 1 tsp baking soda.
Whisk, add rice milk to create consistency, add to heated pan.
Top with berries, natural yogurt and maple syrup.
