Tumeric milk

Tumeric, with all its wonderful benefits, the main one being its highly anti-inflammatory. Most of us are living with some form of inflammation in our bodies so can benefit from including this wonder spice in our cooking every day. This makes a lovely sleepy time milk.

Makes 2 cups, Combine in a saucepan:

1 level tsp tumeric, 1 level tsp cinnamon, 1 level tsp coconut oil, 1 level tsp honey, 3 cups almond milk.

Whisk , whilst heating gently.
